The strength training schedule for this week will be the same as last week: Monday and Wednesday at 7 p.m., and on Friday at 6 p.m.
We’ll be doing strength training sessions this week on Monday and Wednesday at 7 p.m., and on Friday at 6 p.m. at my house. See you there!
