Strength Training Schedule

This week’s strength training will be at 7 p.m on Monday and Wednesday, and on 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Just let me know if you need to do it at another time and we will work something out.
This week we will do strength training on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. We will also do a session on Friday, but I won’t be able to set the time until Wednesday night. It may have to be mid-afternoon.
