Cross Country is here!!!

Cross Country practice starts Monday June 4th.  We are going to have a great season, so everyone get excited!  We will have a great team this year and we need everybody’s help. It’s important that we work hard now so we will be ready come August. So please try to come to practice every time if you can.  Officially we will be meeting just monday, wednesday, friday, but I will be there as well as many others every weekday. So if you can, come everyday. Meet by the East Circle at 7:00 AM.  If you are on vacation, can’t come, or for some reason don’t know the workouts; I have posted them here.
The workouts for the first two weeks are as follows:

Week one June 4th - June 9th

Mon - 30 min run, flat
Tue - 30 min run, flat
Wed - 35 min run
Thur - take off, bike or swim (cross train)
Fri - 30 min run, flat
Sat - 40 min long run

Pick two days during the week for a second run of 30 min (You don’t have to, especially if you have just started running, but it will help.)

Week two

-The same as week one.
