Strength Training Schedule

We’re going to juggle the strength training schedule a bit this week. We won’t meet at all on Monday due to the run-a-thon. On Wednesday I know everyone is going to want to go to Ashley Bentley’s wedding reception (myself included), so we’re going to move our strength session up to 6 p.m. On Friday I need to be finished by about 6:30 or 6:45, so we are going to get started at 5:30.
