This summer everyone will be taking trips and going on fun vacations.  It’s really hard to get runs in when you go on trips but its really important that you do.

If you can’t do the scheduled workout for that day, then get out and run 15 or 20 min. Even a little is better than nothing!! Run your best in every workout, and don’t forget to keep track of your mileage.
