Workouts
hey everyone… this week has been a little crazy with workout schedules but they will be done tomorrow so I will post them then. For now here is what we have done/will be doing this week.
Mon: 30 min canyon run (6.5-7.5 mi)
Tues: 40 min (4.5-5.5 mi)
Wed: 10×400 meters (race paced, not sprinting)- 1 mi warmup, 2 mi cooldown (total miles=5.5.)
Thurs: 40 min (4.5-5.5 mi)
Fri: 40 min fartlek 4×3 min pushes on the 7’s (7, 17, 27, 37) (6-8 mi)
Sat: long run 60 minutes (7.5-9 mi)
